A game with the boss

I play disc golf with a lot of people. Some work for me, some work with me, and one is my boss. We don’t get to play many games together as he live in Chicago and I live in LA, but on occasion, we get to throw the disc around. Like today, I played with my boss Brian, and two co-workers, Mark and Michael. It was a cold day, and windy too, but I enjoyed the game.

Brian shot a +24 (or something), Michael shot a +18. John shot a +14 (or something), and I shot a +1.

The highlight of the game for me was a birdie on 10. I threw 40 feet short of the hole and then lofted in my putt. I did not expect to make it, I was just trying to limit the flight of the disc because of the wind. I was hoping to land within 10 feet or an easy par, but the wind took it and dropped in the chains.

Michael threw a 300 foot drive using an old Sidewinder. It was good to see him do it after having such a hard time on most of the other holes.

Brian went from throwing the disc like a beach Frisbee to throwing it like a disc golf disc over the course of about 14 holes. By the end he was getting some very good distance.
